Amphitheatre's Box Office Hours of Operation during the event season are:
Tuesday - Friday: Noon - 6pm
Saturday- Monday: Closed
The Box office is currently closed on a daily basis for the winter but will re-open in the Spring of 2012. Please call (919) 462-2025 if you are interested in purchasing season tickets.
The Box Office does NOT accept phone orders, although you may call the Box Office with any venue or event questions at 919-462-2052. Accepted methods of payments at the Amphitheatre box office include cash, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks. Additional service and handling charges may be applied to ticket purchases.
TICKET REFUNDS?
All tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be given at the point of purchase only. Tickets purchased over the phone or online through TicketMaster will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used. Original tickets and original method of payment must be presented at the Box Office or TM outlets in order to receive a refund.
Lost/Stolen Tickets - please call 919-462-2052
Will-Call Tickets - tickets can be picked up the day of the event by the ticket purchaser only. Please bring a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets so that we may verify your order
