Cary's Booth Amphitheatre
at Regency Park is the region's premier outdoor concert
and entertainment venue. What many people don't realize
is that this pristine and unique setting is available
to host your corporate event, private party, wedding
and much, much more! Looking for a facility that is

The Crescent
The Crescent Deck at Booth Amphitheatre is available
for rental on dates when Booth Amphitheatre does not
have a scheduled public performance. The Crescent Deck
provides the perfect setting for your special event
with a beautiful view of the Amphitheatres' stage and
picturesque Symphony Lake. Equipped with covered seating
for up to 378 guests, restroom facilities and power
supply, the Crescent Deck is the most spacious of the
venue's entertaining spaces. All food and beverage catering
is coordinated through the Amphitheatre's concessionaire
in an effort to make your event easy as well as memorable.
Rental Rates - The Crescent
Fees are for 6 hours of time and includes space, cleaning
services, event set-up/tear-down
$1,500 - Non-profit organizations/Cary Residents
$3,000 - All other entities
$500 Security Deposit (Refundable)
$100 for each additional hour of rental time
*Food & Beverage costs are extra
The Terrace at Booth Amphitheatre
The Terrace at Booth Amphitheatre overlooks the venue's
spacious landscape providing an excellent setting for
"people watching" as well as a partial view
of the stage. The Terrace is available for private functions
on performance evenings only.
Guests attending functions at the Terrace must also
have a ticket for the related performance. Tickets for
performances may be purchased through the Booth Amphitheatre
Box Office at (919) 462-2052.
The Terrace includes a 20 x 60 tented area and adjacent
outside patio. The tented area will accommodate approximately
30-seated guests with an additional 20 on the patio.
Approximately 75 guests may use both
areas at once for a "cocktail type" reception.
The Terrace is equipped with electricity, on-site Amphitheatre
staff member and nearby restroom facilities. All food
and beverage catering is coordinated through the Amphitheatre's
concessionaire.

Fees are for 4 hours of time and includes space, cleaning
services, event set-up/tear-down
$750 - Non-profit organizations/Cary Residents
$1250 - All other entities
$250 Security Deposit (Refundable)
$100 for each additional hour of rental time
*Food, Beverage & Ticket costs are extra
The Amphitheatre
If size and spaciousness is what you need Booth Amphitheatre
at Regency Park provides a unique setting like no other!
The entire venue is available for private and public
functions on event days when the Amphitheatre is not
previously booked by management staff and/or Town of
Cary officials.
The Amphitheatre includes a covered stage area, a spacious
lawn for seating or activities, covered seating on the
Crescent, restroom facilities, house sound/light system,
box office capabilities, concession support and more!
The capacity of the entire Amphitheatre is 7,000.
All food and beverage services are coordinated through
the Amphitheatre's concessionaire.
Rental Rates - The Amphitheatre
Fees are for 6 hours of time - includes space only.
$3,000 - Non-profit organizations/Cary Residents
$5,000 - All other entities
$100 for each additional hour of rental time
25% of rental rate - Security Deposit (nonrefundable)
is due when client returns signed contract.
*Food & Beverage costs, cleaning, set-up/tear-down,
box office, event staff, production, parking and other
event related expenses are extra.
